The Made-to-Measure service is aimed at people who wish to treat themselves or offer more than a handbag:

An allegorical and unique accessory that embodies your style, your personality, your values, and that resembles you.

During a workshop meeting over a coffee or remotely via Video, after having defined your project, we look together at the materials, finishes, details, preferences, deadlines and I will take care of making YOUR BAG.

1.Do you have a store?

We do not have a store but it is entirely possible to visit us in our workshop, by appointment only.
You will be welcomed by Emmanuelle, and you will be able to discuss your creative project and your different desires.
You will also have the opportunity to discover our different creations, but also the different leathers that we have in stock.

The Basics: Emmanuelle offers you permanent creations mainly in leather in different colors and finishes.

Unique Creations: These are unique creations straight from Emmanuelle's imagination.

Personalized: These are the basics that you can modify with the help of Emmanuelle who advises you and supports you in making your unique bag, in accordance with your needs.

Services
2 years warranty. Leather is a living material that develops a patina over time. Also, we obviously cannot guarantee the leather itself. However, when you trust Vavounette&Co, you have the certainty that if your creation has a problem, we will do everything possible to repair it within 2 years.

Advice and support from Emmanuelle, the creator, herself. Lauriane takes the time to listen to you, understand your desires and give you the best advice in order to create YOUR unique bag.

Payment in 2x, 3x or 4x free of charge via Alma on our online store to free up your budget and acquire a big favorite.

Local delivery within a 15 km radius around the Workshop.

Click and Collect. Place an order on the online store and pick up your creation directly at the Workshop. It is necessary to make an appointment to be sure of our presence. And if you're in a hurry, Emmanuelle will bring your order to your car!

What is personalization?

You can put a little bit of yourself into everything! At Vavounette&Co, everything is customizable. We have the deep conviction that every moment lived can become wonderful if we put more heart into it.
Vavounette&Co invites you to buy a symbol. Not just a leather handbag but an intimate accessory, symbolizing your identity, your femininity, your secrets.
A purchase intimately linked to your personality which brings you happiness as it is linked to your values, to your history, as an extension of yourself.

Choose the appearance of your leather (smooth, grained, bubble leather, etc.) as well as the color of the leather. (Supplement 20€)
Add one or more options: eyelets, shoulder strap, wrist strap, pocket, zipper etc… (Addition between €10 and €25)

How does the choice of your leather go?

Choose your material and color preferences from Emmanuelle.
Emmanuelle then looks for leather in the desired material and shade. It is possible to mix several leathers and/or several shades. If the leather is not in stock, it will be ordered from one of our suppliers.
Emmanuelle will make 2 to 3 suggestions via photos or videos or on site at the workshop, and will advise you on ideal combinations based on shades for example.
Confirmation of the order. Validation is effective upon payment in full.
Emmanuelle takes a lot of time to advise you and support you in making your unique creation (around 1 hour) then it remains to cut and assemble. Added to the delivery and/or manufacturing times of the tanneries, the time for finalizing your bag is approximately 3 weeks. This time frame is approximate and we do everything we can to reduce it when possible.

How to track my order?

When you place an order, an email containing your order summary and your tracking code will be sent to you.

If I don't like the product, can I return it?

You have 30 days of withdrawal from your purchase. Returned items must be unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us an email to info@vavounetteco.com. We will then issue a return label for the return of your package. The cost of this label will be deducted from the refund. In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the payment received within 15 days, by bank transfer, after receipt and verification of the returned products.
